It’s been confirmed through Nerd Of The Rings' live interview with Rings of Power director Wayne Che Yip that the sword in this photo is in fact Narsil itself. The painting behind Galadriel also is a depiction of Beren prying one of the Silmarils from Morgoth’s crown. This show just keeps getting better and better.

Recently I watching a documentary on Viking bladesmithing and was really intrigued by it.
