@Neosaiyan7 If you mean being found and sold after the Great War of the Ring, then it depends. Given that the Nine Rings and the Three Rings lost their powers after the destruction of the One Ring, it seems like the same happened to the Seven Rings. If the seller knew about this, but marketed it as still having power, it would probably be sold to only those unaware of the fact that it would no longer have power. If the seller was aware of it’s lack of power and marketed it as simply an artifact of the past to show off, then I do think that many would buy it.
