Sincerely I haven't got any character in LOTR that I really hate. Maybe LOTR is the only book without characters which are hateble for me.

Denethor is my least favorite character and he is the only character I really dislike. I don't like him but I wasn't really happy when he died, maybe because his death was depressing.

I don't like Sauron also, like he is pure evil. But I think I can't really define him as hated because I haven't read Silmarrillion and know barely about Sauron (just had read his story on Wiki)

Fun fact: When I started reading LOTR, Gollum really infuriated me and had great potential to become my really most hated character. But then I started liking him,

Also Daeron, Finduilas, Eol, Morgoth, Saeros, Denethor II, Mouth of Sauron, Boromr, Saruman, Turin, Morwen, Tuor all a mixture of entitled and annoying and ableist and just boring and too perfect

(Plus Eol tried to kill Maeglin and Tuor actually killed him so ew

Maeglin is the best character and nobody dare hurt him on my watch!!! *hugs him protectively and keeps him safe from evil Tuor and Eol)
