While they are both incredible characters Legolas is hard to beat he has so much charm and is just awesome. He has character development and is the most skilled archer in all of fiction. I also love how in the PJ films he kills every orc he shots except for the berserker that everyone yelled at him to shoot, it just makes me laugh.
