If they do it would be good if they have characters like Tom bombadil and gildor and others that weren’t in the movies

I also imagine the actor who will play Frodo born in 2005, the actor who will play Sam born in 1995 and the actor who will play Gandalf born in 1963

The Fellowship of the Ring: December 17, 2025

The 2 Towers: December 16, 2026

The Return of the King: December 15, 2027

Peter Jackson made some pretty hard movies to beat...

Although I agree it would be cool to see a movie with some of the other characters, the stories are probably best told in their purest form by Tolkien himself

I don't think that they should be remade. If they make more films I would love to see them adapt other stories from the Legendarium.

But if they do make remakes they could lead on to spinoffs like the silmarillion and they would have great special effects. I don’t think it is necessary to remake them just yet but it would be good if they did

Also in 2025 I'll be older than Elijah Wood was when the 1st 2 movies were released

I’m not sure. The movies are really good so I don’t know if they will remake them but who knows. I would still watch them anyways.
