I have only read the hobbit but I’m going to start reading the LOTR but I prefer movies because I love the effects and characters. I love both though and I can’t wait to read the LOTRs 😊✨🧝‍♂️🧝‍♀️🥺

Hello There! Tbh, I can’t decide which I like more

I like the books better because the hobbit especially the movies are just so different from the books and thats kind of annoying

Tbh, I think I like them equally, for example

The books- the og lotr and hobbit so u know, if I didn’t like them I probably wouldn’t have listened to the audio books like 5 million times-

The movies- Cmon bro, the movies are (in my opinion) works of fantastic art that cannot be remade. Ever. They had AMAZING actors, and I didn’t mind them changing the story to involve the elves (Arwen, legolas, and tauriel, thraunduil, etc)!

In my opinion the books are better, but that’s probably because they’re the originals and everything. The movies are a work of art too, they should never be remade, that’s how good they are. The Hobbit was really good, books and movies
