Here are mine.
Return of the King is my least favorite book and movie. I do like it, but it's locations are not as interesting as the locations in the other books and movies.
I like The Hobbit trilogy.
I like Rings of Power
Frodo would have ruined the Nazgul's image. Maybe they'd just give him a desk job.
Oh.
What's that?

Two different things here.
But if they are slaves, they have no choice.
But they have so little character and Tolkein barely talked about that war. It needs expansion.
Offhand, one thing that would be very probable, is that the plot would be from Angmar's point of view, like in Battle for Middle-Earth 2. So making the Nazgul, the main characters would open some interesting character options.
Since Sauron played little if any part in the Angmar war, I would assume the Witch-King and possibly other Nazgul were put on much looser leashes then normally. In other words, Sauron's instructions probably were "You are free to rule and conduct the war effort in anyway you deem necessary as long as destroy Arnor."
So this could allow writers and audience to explore the Witch-King and other Nazgul as more three dimensional characters. Are they truly evil? Or are they well intentioned people who made mistakes and are paying for them? Maybe somewhere in the middle?
How would you portray Arnor? Similar to Gondor or would we be shown the dark side of the Free People?
Probably learned a few evil tricks from Morgoth, and bailed when he saw the writing was on the wall.
During scenes where Gollum's two personalities are talking to each other, Gollum's pupils are small, while Smaegol's pupils are big. Then in the climax of Return of the King, the pupils have become medium sized, indicating that the two personalities have merged together, and have become one and the same.
Never underestimate toxic fans.
The problem is, that portion is the most vocal and gives the fandom a bad name.
I don't know what would happen if Sam took the ring the whole way. But I suspect even he could get undermined. The Ring can corrupt even the kindest souls.
Well, I find those complaints rather childish. And they show the sad truth. That Lord of the Rings is being used for reactionary hatred.
Well, she's younger and more naive. And I think the show implies that Elves mature slower. It's taking Tolkein's gift of mortality to the next level.
^I concur.
May have had more Orcs at Minas Tirith.
I like it. We can't expect it to be the Jacksonverse movies. And despite their grand scale. Middle-Earth is in the end, popcorn entertainment.
I think the point is non-europeans in positive roles.
Beats me.
